Title 24 Compliant

Teza Doors has engineered this system to pass the energy efficiency requirements of Title 24 for new construction in California.

High Quality Thermal Break

Teza doors manufactures from the strongest and most energy efficient thermal break aluminum, to design a system that can hold up to strong wind and keep the heat out or in based on your wants and needs. Teza Products contains 1” to 2” wide polyamide which is commonly known as nylon 66 (PA66). Teza fabricates thermal break aluminum by attaching two parts of aluminum profiles by using the thermal barrier strip to connect, hence preventing the heat conduction and heat loss, and helping save energy.

Leak Prevention

Teza Doors offer and still pans that add an extra layer of protection to help keep precipitation away from your subfloor. This is engineered with a slope to help collect and drain moisture away from the inside of your home. Our products have also been upgraded with a thicker weather strip making it extra airtight. Additionally, Teza products come with water return thresholds that have been designed with weep holes, and a sloped drain pan that helps catch any water that tries to get into the door and direct back outside.

SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM

Low Maintenance

Teza’s Doors are intended to be durable and are built to last, they can withstand any type of weather. Making them an excellent long-term investment for your home. In addition, Teza’s products are powder coated, they can keep their finish for years to come with very low maintenance. Teza uses heavy duty hardware that is manufactured here in the USA. Every couple of years, the hinges in the panels will need to be slightly adjusted. With our adjustable hinges we have made it easy to make that adjustment a breeze. Teza Door’s adjustable hinges help make that easy by being able to adjust each panel without having to uninstall the complete door.

Retractable and electric Patio Screen

Our standard screen is the best retractable screen door in the market. Our retractable screens are different from the rest due to it having a multi-directional design that can be adjusted in any way.

Huge Sizes

Strength and beauty are demonstrated by Teza’s Bifold Doors unique ability to produce doors with massive pieces of panel. Teza products max size we offer will be 30 feet width and 10 feet in height.

On-Site Assembly:

The frame and door panels are pre-drilled with hardware and weather stripping already attached. The frame is broken down into four pieces (header, two jambs and threshold) and panels are shipped individually. Teza Doors provides detailed installation guidelines, and you can use your own experienced installers.

Hardware

Security Benefits

Teza doors manufactures products that use high quality material, along with the option of 4- point lock systems to increase security. Furthermore, we also offer the option to upgrade the glass to laminated glass to increase security.

Glass

High Efficiency Glass

Modern double glazing with multi layers of low-E & tinted glasses is an increasingly efficient insulation technique that allows us to build huge glass that does not compromise energy consumption. Teza’s products are E-glass series, this includes double tempered glass filled with argon gas. Laminated tempered glass is recommended for extreme weather conditions.

Solar Heat Gain Coefficient – (SHGC):

The amount of solar radiation that enters your home as heat. The lower the number, the better the glazing is at preventing solar gain.

Noise Control

Teza Doors offers double pane glass to help reduce the sound from outside as the double pane of glass and the argon gas between them helps absorb the sound vibrations. Double glazing glass can reduce the sound by 25-50% which makes it capable of reducing sound levels by as much as 35 decibels. Teza also offers the option to pick 3 layers glass to reduce additional noise.

Fading Transmission:

The UV Transmittance is determined as an average for wavelengths 300 -380 nm. ISO is the weighted average for wavelengths 300 – 700 nm (based on CIE 89/3). This region includes all the ultraviolet energy and part of the visible spectrum and will give the best representation of relative fading rates. The lower the number, the better the glass is for reducing fading potential of carpets and interior furnishings.

U-Factor

This represents the heat flow rate through a window expressed in IP (BTU/hr·ft²·°F) and SI (W/m2K), using winter night weather conditions of 0°F outside and 70°F inside. The smaller the number, the better the window system is at reducing heat loss.
